Internal product feedback and issue-tracking platform developed for Yeti employees to record ride experiences, provide product feedback, and track issues identified during testing.

The application was used by employees while riding together and helped Product Engineering collect and organize real-world product feedback. The system was ultimately retired after COVID significantly changed employee work and riding patterns.

Inventory Management System

The Inventory Management system is used internally and integrates with our e-commerce platform. The app is used for calculating inventory and determines Available To Sell, Available To Release and Available To Promise quantity levels for a product.

E-Commerce Integration Platform

Centralized integration platform serving as the core integration layer for Yeti's e-commerce operations across US and European systems.

The platform handles order processing, exchanges, refunds, inventory, pricing, and synchronization between BigCommerce, SYSPRO, Klaviyo, payment processors, fraud prevention, 3PL systems, and other internal applications.

I designed the platform to centralize integration logic and provide consistent monitoring and error handling rather than maintaining isolated point-to-point integrations.

The platform processes $10M+ in annual e-commerce transaction value and uses centralized logging and alerting through Mezmo to monitor production integrations.

The applications integrate with separate US and European SYSPRO ERP environments and use Microsoft Entra ID for authentication and role-based authorization.
