I designed and built an internal product feedback and issue-tracking platform for Yeti employees to document ride experiences, provide product feedback, and track issues identified during product testing.

The platform gave Product Engineering a centralized way to collect and organize real-world feedback from employees while riding together, helping connect product testing directly to engineering workflows. The system was ultimately retired as employee work and riding patterns changed during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Internal inventory management platform integrated with Yeti's e-commerce operations to calculate and manage product availability across multiple inventory states.

The system calculates Available To Sell, Available To Release, and Available To Promise quantities, providing Sales and Operations teams with consistent inventory information for managing product availability and fulfillment.

Sales Tax Calculator

Multi-country sales tax calculation platform developed to automate and standardize tax calculations during sales order entry.

The system integrates with TaxJar and Google Maps to determine applicable tax rates based on the order and customer location, reducing manual calculations and improving accuracy for Sales and Customer Support. More consistent tax calculation also improved the accuracy of Finance's cash collection and cash flow reporting.

Centralized platform serving as the core integration and orchestration layer for Yeti's e-commerce operations across US and European systems.

The platform handles customer, order processing, exchanges, refunds, and synchronization between BigCommerce, SYSPRO, Klaviyo, payment processors, fraud prevention, 3PL systems, and other internal applications.

I designed the platform to centralize integration logic and provide consistent monitoring and error handling rather than maintaining isolated point-to-point integrations.

The platform processes $10M+ in annual e-commerce transaction value and uses centralized logging and alerting through Mezmo to monitor production integrations.
